We are seeking a agile and energetic Sales Representative specializing in luxury outdoor living solutions, including pergolas, awnings, and glass enclosures. In this role, you will be the face of our premium products, engaging with clients to understand their outdoor renovation needs and providing tailored solutions that elevate their outdoor spaces. Your passion for high-end sales combined with your expertise in construction, marketing, and customer service will drive growth and establish lasting relationships with discerning clients.

Responsibilities

- Engage prospective clients through outside sales efforts, building rapport and understanding their outdoor living goals
- Conduct product demonstrations and detailed consultations to showcase pergolas, awnings, glass enclosures, and related outdoor solutions
- Utilize SketchUp or CAD software to create visual representations of custom designs for client approval
- Manage inside sales activities including follow-up communications, quotes, and order processing.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction




- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching high-end clientele and expanding brand presence
- Assist clients throughout the renovation process by providing exceptional customer service and account management

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within luxury outdoor living or related construction industries
- Strong knowledge of renovation, construction processes, and high-end product offerings
- Excellent negotiation, communication skills, and ability to present product demos confidently
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele effectively
- Demonstrated organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Background in marketing or customer service roles that emphasize high-end sales strategies
