Manly Movers is a premium moving company serving individuals and families across the Red Deer area. Our standard is simple: Elite Crews. 5-Star Moves. Done by Great People. We’re not a chuck-it-in-the-truck operation, and we’re looking for a sales rep who takes that standard as seriously as we do.

We’re growing, fast. We’re pushing hard for growth in 2027, and the missing piece is you.

Why now? We’re heading into our slow season, which makes this the perfect time to get onboarded and fully trained before the next moving season hits.

What you’ll do

- Respond to new leads and guide them through the full sales journey, from first contact to booked move
- Enter and manage customer information in our CRM
- Estimate moves using our virtual walkthrough software, plus in-person estimates at customers’ homes
- Deliver friendly, skilled service on every call, text, and visit
- Book jobs. That’s the heart of the role.

How you’ll be paid This role is hourly plus commission, with expected annual earnings of $55,000–$65,000. Commission is a big part of your pay, so the more you put in, the more you take home. There’s plenty of room to grow as we grow into 2027 and beyond.

this role could grow into a sales management position: selling while also coaching the team and helping everyone hit their targets.

- Reliable high-speed internet, a computer, and a phone
- Ability to travel to customers’ homes in the Red Deer area for onsite estimates
