Join a Growing Paper & Packaging Distribution Company

We are an established paper and packaging distribution company supplying customers throughout Western Canada & the United States from our Delta, BC distribution facility. We provide a broad range of paper products including Containerboard, Kraft Paper, Uncoated Recycled Board and related packaging and converting solutions to corrugators, paper converters, distributors, and commercial end users.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative with strong industry knowledge and established relationships in the containerboard and converting markets to expand our customer base and grow sales throughout Western Canada & the United States.

The Role

This is a business development and account management position for a motivated sales professional who understands the paper and packaging industry and knows how to build long-term vendor & customer relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new mill relationships, onboarding new customers, managing existing customers, identifying opportunities, and representing our company as a reliable distribution partner.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and grow sales of Containerboard, Kraft Paper and related paper products throughout Western Canada and the United States.
- Develop new business with corrugated manufacturers, box plants, converters, packaging companies, distributors, and industrial customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasing managers, owners, plant managers, and other key decision makers.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts




- Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales
- Monitor market pricing, competitive activity, freight costs, and industry trends
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers, and customers to ensure reliable product delivery
- Follow up on quotations, orders, inventory requirements, and customer service issues
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts
- Travel throughout the Pacific Northwest for customer visits and business development

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who understands the paper and packaging distribution business and can immediately begin developing customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 3 years of B2B sales experience in paper, packaging, containerboard, corrugated, or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of Containerboard, Corrugated packaging & Bag converting markets.
- An established network of contacts within the packaging industry in western Canada & the United States.
- Experience selling to corrugated manufacturers, converters, distributors, or industrial customers




- A proven ability to develop new accounts and increase sales
- Strong understanding of pricing, margins, freight, inventory, and distribution
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A highly motivated, entrepreneurial approach to sales
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Willingness to travel throughout the Pacific Northwest
- Valid driver's license
