We are looking for someone who can combine their passion for sales, social media, and content creation into one exciting role.

This is not your typical retail sales position. You will be one of the faces of our business, helping customers find beautiful furniture while creating engaging content for our Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook pages.

The ideal candidate is charismatic, professional, fashionable, comfortable on camera, and knows how to capture people's attention both in person and online.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Assist customers with selecting furniture, mattresses, and home furnishings.
- Build customer relationships and confidently close sales.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom environment.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.

Social Media Management

- Manage and grow our Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, stories, and promotional posts.
- Regularly appear on camera to showcase furniture, introduce new arrivals, and promote special offers.
- Develop creative content ideas to increase engagement, followers, and store traffic.
- Film, edit, and publish high-quality short-form videos.
- Stay updated on social media trends, popular sounds, and effective content strategies.
- Respond professionally to social media inquiries and help turn online interest into sales.

Brand Representation





- Be a confident, friendly, and professional face of The Best Home Furnishings.
- Present products enthusiastically and naturally on camera.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, sales events, and marketing initiatives.
- Help build a recognizable and engaging personality for our brand.

Qualifications & Requirements We are looking for someone with proven experience in all three areas: retail sales, social media management, and on-camera content creation.

- Previous retail sales experience required.
- Experience managing business Instagram and TikTok accounts required.
- Previous experience creating and appearing in social media videos required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, outgoing, energetic, and comfortable approaching customers.
- Strong personal presentation and professional appearance.
- Experience filming and editing Reels and TikToks.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar editing applications.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of social media trends.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Reliable, organized, and results-driven.

Experience in furniture sales, fashion, beauty, lifestyle content, or retail marketing is considered an asset.
