We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Supervisor to lead our retail sales team and drive exceptional customer service. Duties

- Lead and supervise the sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team.
- Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, cashiering, and POS (Point of Sale) system management to ensure smooth transactions.
- Manage merchandising efforts by organizing displays, pricing products competitively, and maintaining attractive store layouts.
- Assist in recruiting new team members through interviewing and onboarding processes; support their ongoing training and development.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with purchasing decisions, and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting sales campaigns and special promotions to boost store revenue.

Qualifications





- Proven supervising experience in retail sales or store management with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities; additional multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions and close sales effectively.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing team members to reach their full potential.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and basic math for financial accuracy.
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising standards, pricing strategies, and store management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Demonstrated customer service excellence along with phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage time effectively while balancing administrative responsibilities such as recordkeeping and cash handling.
