Serving the Dairy, Hog, Grain, Poultry, and Manure Management sectors, we provide our farming partners with customized Design-Build, Service, and Supply solutions that support the success of agricultural operations across Canada.

The Sales Support Associate will provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team by coordinating customer orders, managing project files, processing sales documentation, and facilitating product procurement and delivery. Working closely with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and Delivery teams, this role helps ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule while delivering a high level of customer service. This position is based on-site at our Winnipeg office.

What you'll do:

- Manage project files assigned and providing project status reports to sales staff
- Create project files by transferring equipment quotes into sales orders in the system
- Create warehouse pick tickets for in-stock products to be picked for the assigned project
- Partner with Procurement to create purchase orders and place orders for equipment not in stock but required for the project




- Partner with delivery and warehouse personnel to determine and coordinate delivery dates for the assigned project’s product
- Process invoices in the system once product has been delivered/shipped
- Produce small quotes for projects requested by members of the sales team
- Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

- Grade 12 education or GED equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains accounting software and related programs such as Salespad is considered an asset.
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent internal/external customer service orientation and positive teamwork skills.

Pay: $49,562.00-$59,476.00 per year
