Job Title : Salesforce Architect – Data Cloud (Data 360)

Job Location: Canada (Remote is also fine)

Role Summary

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Customer Data Platform/Data 360) to lead enterprise-scale customer data transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging Data Cloud, Customer 360, CRM Analytics, AI, and Marketing technologies to create a unified customer view and drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and implement Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) solutions for enterprise customers.
- Design customer data models, identity resolution strategies, data harmonization, and segmentation frameworks.
- Lead data integration initiatives between Salesforce Clouds and external enterprise systems.
- Build unified customer profiles using Data Cloud and Customer 360 capabilities.
- Define data ingestion strategies using batch, streaming, APIs, MuleSoft, and third-party connectors.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable architecture solutions.
- Design and implement activation strategies across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and external channels.
- Ensure data governance, security, compliance, and best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, business analysts, developers, and project teams.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and solution governance.
- Evaluate and integrate AI-powered capabilities including Einstein AI and Agentforce where applicable.

Compensation range: $140,559.00 to $190,633.00 per year
