Drayton Chop House is a busy, established steakhouse serving a strong local and theatre crowd. We are hiring a full-time Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

This is stable, year-round employment with consistent hours in a skilled dinner-focused kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Set up and stock stations before service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
Follow proper food handling and food safety procedures
Work efficiently during dinner rush and high-volume periods
Assist with prep work and basic inventory tasks

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year line cook experience




Comfortable handling dinner rush
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good understanding of food safety
Reliable transportation (Drayton location)
