Roots is seeking a Team Lead to set the tone on the sales floor, coach teammates, and help deliver memorable customer experiences while achieving store goals. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll lead by example, motivate the team, and partner with management to execute daily plans.
Ideal candidates have 1+ year of retail experience in apparel, solid communication, and a coaching mindset. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with opportunities for growth within Roots.
