This is an onsite role that requires travelling to the downtown office on everyday basis.
We are seeking office-based administrators to assist with drafting and preparing visa bulletin cases. This is a fast-paced, full-time role focused on basic administrative tasks, form filling, and document compilation. The position is strictly drafting-focused with no client communication responsibilities.
What you will do: Be part of a dynamic, international team working together to drive key metrics
Prepare and organize cases promptly
Draft visa bulletin materials for the February cycle, focusing on accuracy and consistency in documentation
Complete form-filling and basic administrative tasks with court-reporter-level attention to detail and formatting




Effective use of a range of techniques to analyze and conduct issue resolution in a timely and efficient manner
Proficient with Excel, editing Pdf, adjust resolution and scan documents
Achieve high standards of service and professional conduct in the performance of duties.
Your qualifications: Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Robust numeracy skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable and able to maintain confidential information
Proficiency with MS Office applications
Proven experience handling immigration documents
