itec group Inc. in Toronto is seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative to provide expert product support to customers, dealers, and internal teams. You will diagnose issues, review drawings, and coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and sales to resolve technical concerns.
Occasional travel to GTA and beyond may be required. The role offers a salary range of CAD 50,000 to CAD 65,000 plus advantages and pension.
