Position: Full-Time Sales Representative

Wage: $18.25 per hour plus performance-based incentives

Hours: 35–40 hours per week

Connect Construction Pages is seeking a confident, motivated and results-driven Sales Representative. The successful candidate will connect with construction companies, contractors and local businesses to promote our advertising and digital marketing services.

Responsibilities

- Contact prospective clients by phone, email and in person.
- Visit businesses and meet prospective clients throughout the service area.
- Promote directory advertising, website design, SEO and other marketing services.
- Explain available packages and recommend suitable options.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, leads and sales.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Assist with account renewals and client follow-ups.





Requirements
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable, presentable vehicle are mandatory.
- Solid communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and visiting businesses in person.
- Self-motivated, organized and results-oriented.
- Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous sales, advertising, construction or digital marketing experience is an asset, but training will be provided.

Compensation
- $18.25 per hour.
- Additional performance-based sales incentives.
