Sun Blinds, a leading window coverings manufacturer in Edmonton, is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate window blinds installations, service appointments, and repairs.
- Communicate with customers, installers, builders, and internal production teams.
- Manage daily and weekly installation and service schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Handle customer service inquiries, warranty claims, and follow-ups professionally.
- Create, update, and maintain service tickets, installation records, and appointment details.
- Coordinate with production to ensure orders are ready before scheduling installations.
- Track pending service requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Optimize installer routes and schedules to minimize travel time and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and update information in company software.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding outstanding service requests and installation schedules.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching,
customer service, or office coordination preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Comfortable learning and working with scheduling and order management software.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in window coverings, construction, or home improvement is an asset.
