Lead impactful programs with Africans in Partnership Against AIDS (APAA) as a Programs & Operations Manager. This full time position combines strategic leadership with hands-on management in a hybrid work setting.
The Programs & Operations Manager is pivotal in overseeing program delivery and internal operations at APAA in Toronto. You will supervise staff, ensure funder compliance, and maintain operational systems. Your expertise will drive effective budgeting, resource management, and quality assurance across all services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily program and service delivery alignment
• Coach and support staff in a unionized workplace
• Strengthen administrative and operational systems




• Monitor compliance with funder deliverables and evaluations
• Manage program and operational budget development
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Three years management experience in a community-based setting
• Knowledge of HIV and community health sector
• Experience supervising staff in a unionized workplace
• Understanding of African, Caribbean, and Black communities
