Kimberley Alpine Team seeks an enthusiastic Entry Level Head Coach to guide U6, U8, and U10 athletes. This role focuses on delivering engaging training sessions, providing individualized feedback, and mentoring assistant coaches. You will promote athlete safety and inclusivity while organizing competition participation and planning seasonal training objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan dynamic on-snow training focused on skill and fitness
• Provide tailored feedback and track athlete progress
• Ensure safe and inclusive training environments




• Mentor assistant coaches for teamwork and development
• Coordinate travel logistics and competition entries

Requirements:
• Coaching certification in Alpine or Freestyle skiing
• SafeSport certification before season start
• First Aid and CPR certification willingness
• 1-3 years coaching in youth sports
• Strong communication with athletes and families
