This position reports directly to the Front Desk Manager and involves engaging with guests in both English and French. Responsibilities include registration and checkout of hotel guests, assisting with tour check-ins, and generating reports for various hotel departments. You will also serve as a key member of the crisis and emergency team, supporting guests and providing essential services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in hotel guests immediately
• Assist with tour groups and guide check-ins




• Generate necessary departmental reports on guest activity
• Act as an ambassador for Fairmont Château Laurier
• Follow all safety and emergency procedures

Requirements:
• Fluent in English and French
• Previous Front Desk experience preferred
• Robust communication and cash handling skills
• Familiarity with Opera and Excel systems
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
