Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering and Product Management, you will ensure that delivery aligns with operational stability and enhances core user experiences across various club activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the Encore product backlog aligned with priorities
• Define user stories with clear acceptance criteria for delivery
• Translate stakeholder needs into unambiguous functional requirements




• Actively remove blockers impacting team workflow and development
• Validate functionality against real-world workflows before each release

Requirements:
• 3-5+ years as a Product Owner or similar role
• Strong experience with complex, workflow-driven platforms
• Proven ability to collaborate in an agile delivery environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with hosted solutions and integrated systems is a plus
