Join one of Calgary’s leading condominium management companies

This is an opportunity to join a highly respected, established condominium management firm with a strong reputation, a close-knit team, and exceptionally low employee turnover.

The company is growing and looking for a fully licensed Condominium Manager who wants more than just another property management job. You’ll be joining a cooperative team that genuinely enjoys working together, supports one another, invests in training and development, and creates opportunities to get involved in the community through volunteer initiatives, company events, lunch and learns, and team activities.

If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, working closely with Boards, and taking ownership of a portfolio, this could be a great next move.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll oversee a portfolio of condominium properties and work closely with Boards of Directors to ensure each corporation and building is managed effectively.

You’ll act as the key point of contact and coordinate the moving pieces behind the scenes, including:

Building strong relationships with Boards, owners, residents, contractors, and service providers

Managing day-to-day condominium operations

Enforcing bylaws, rules, policies, and procedures

Providing guidance relating to the Condominium Property Act, regulations, insurance requirements, and reserve fund studies

Coordinating preventative maintenance and required building services

Obtaining and reviewing contractor quotes

Coordinating capital and reserve fund expenditures

Completing property inspections and reports

Preparing and overseeing annual budgets

Supporting Boards with planning, decisions, communication, and governance

Attending Board meetings, AGMs, special meetings, and occasional evening meetings

Responding professionally and promptly to Board members, owners, and residents

Ensuring deadlines, maintenance schedules, and operational requirements stay on track

You are ultimately the person helping the Board keep the building running smoothly.

Who will thrive here

We’re looking for someone professional, energetic, personable, and comfortable working in a busy environment where every day can look a little different.

You’ll likely be a great fit if you are:

A strong communicator, both written and verbal

Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Confident working directly with Boards and owners

Diplomatic and skilled at navigating difficult conversations

Proactive and solutions-focused

Able to think independently and make sound decisions

Professional while still bringing personality and humour to the team

Motivated to learn and continue developing your skills

Someone who values stability and wants to build a long-term career with a great organization

What you’ll need

Current condominium management licensing through RECA

Approximately 2–3+ years of direct condominium management experience

Strong knowledge of condominium operations, bylaws, reserve fund studies, budgets, and related legislation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong customer service and relationship-management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and clean driver’s abstract

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

Flexibility to attend occasional evening Board meetings and AGMs

Most after-hours meetings are held virtually.

This is where the opportunity really stands out.

You’ll be joining:

One of Calgary’s top condominium management companies

A stable, established organization that continues to grow

A team with very little employee turnover

A supportive environment with hands-on internal training

Opportunities for ongoing professional development

Lunch and learns and industry education

Company events and team activities

Volunteer and community involvement opportunities

A workplace where people work hard but also enjoy working together

Real opportunity for long-term career growth as the company expands

Benefits include:

Extended health care

Dental care

Paid time off

On-site parking

Company events

Training and development opportunities

Volunteer and community initiatives

If you’re a licensed Condominium Manager who enjoys working with people, taking ownership, and being part of a stable and growing team, we’d love to connect.
