- Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble, repair, and customize textiles and garments efficiently and accurately

- Set up and adjust sewing machines according to specific project requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to promote safety and productivity
- Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot machine issues and improve workflow processes
- Document production activities and report any equipment malfunctions or quality concerns promptly
Skills
- Proven experience in manufacturing environments, particularly with sewing or textile production
- Familiarity with operating industrial sewing machines and related equipment
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality control
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Good physical stamina, including standing for extended periods and handling fabric materials
