- Verifies package conformance, accurately inspects, reports stop counts, and manages missorts.
- Follows operating procedures, plans routes for efficiency, secures property, and seeks additional business from current customers.
- Handles package labeling, paperwork, and operates computerized tracking and dispatch systems.
- Provides information about services, answers customer questions, and demonstrates proficiency with equipment and features.
- Operates vehicle safely, complying with regulations, and may assist with loading, unloading, sorting, and scanning packages as needed.

Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED. No prior experience required; customer service experience preferred. Key Skills: Customer orientation, attention to detail, safety awareness, and effective communication.
