- efficient and safe delivery and collection of packages with a professional appearance
- accurate package inspection, reporting, and adherence to operating procedures
- security of packages, equipment, and vehicles
- seeking additional business opportunities and informing sales teams of leads
- proper labeling, paperwork accuracy, and maintaining shipping materials
- operation of computerized tracking and dispatch systems
- responding to customer inquiries regarding services and requirements
- protected vehicle operation complying with regulations
- loading/unloading aircraft or containers as needed

Qualifications Include High School Diploma Or GED.



Preferred skills involve

- customer service experience (1 year preferred)
- proficiency in equipment and service features
- full availability for shifts and a valid driver’s license with a clean record
