About the role

Maan Farms is hiring seasonal team members to help keep our busy farm welcoming, clean and running smoothly. If you have customer service experience, enjoy working with people and are happy to pitch in wherever needed, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a hands-on, varied role—not a position at one fixed station. Depending on the day’s needs and your training, you may support guests, help in the kitchen or clean shared spaces. All applicants must be comfortable with general cleaning and washroom cleaning as part of the job.

What you’ll do

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

- Welcome guests, answer questions and provide friendly, helpful customer service.
- Assist with food preparation, line cooking and food service, as assigned and trained.
- Wash dishes and keep kitchen equipment, counters and work areas clean.
- Clean and sanitize washrooms, replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness throughout the day.
- Clean guest areas, wipe tables, sweep and remove garbage and recycling.
- Restock supplies and help with opening and closing tasks.
- Support other areas of the farm as priorities change.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.





What we’re looking for

- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Availability to work weekends and Thanksgiving Day is required.
- A reliable, punctual team member who follows instructions and communicates clearly.
- A friendly attitude and the ability to stay helpful during busy periods.
- Willingness to move between customer service, kitchen support and cleaning duties.
- Comfort with active work, including standing, walking and working in indoor and outdoor areas, with reasonable accommodation where needed.
- Previous food preparation, line cook or kitchen experience is an asset.
