Fogo Island Inn, part of Relais & Châteaux, seeks a skilled cook for its luxury kitchen on Fogo Island. You will prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, collaborate with the Sous Chef Team, and ensure quality and efficiency across service periods.

The role requires experience in fine dining, solid knowledge of techniques and presentation, and the ability to work versatile schedule including nights and weekends. Housing assistance may be available.
