Sabre LTD is looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to support projects from award to completion. You will oversee supplier relationships, coordinate with various teams, and mitigate risks throughout the procurement process. Your proactive approach will ensure that project specifications are met with high quality and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review project BOMs and prepare RFQs for suppliers
• Source and procure materials, issuing purchase orders
• Monitor lead times and expedite orders for on-schedule delivery




• Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues effectively
• Maintain accurate procurement records and contribute to reporting

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement or related fields
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and details
• Experience in electrical manufacturing preferred
