CarePartners invites you to enhance patient care as a Community Nurse in Oshawa, ON. This part-time role focuses on flexible scheduling and developing meaningful relationships with patients.

We are searching for Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to work in a supportive environment prioritizing quality care. You'll have the autonomy to create individualized care plans and the opportunity to work with patients both in-person and virtually. This position allows for professional growth and has a strong emphasis on collaboration among care teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop effective care plans for Community Health Services
• Provide nursing services in various settings including homes and clinics




• Communicate with patients and interdisciplinary teams
• Conduct clinical duties as required
• Maintain patient dignity and privacy in care delivery

Requirements:
• RN or RPN degree or diploma
• Current CNO registration in positive standing
• Valid driver's license and vehicle for travel
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Current CPR certification and immunization record
