The Junior Epicor Prophet 21 Support Analyst is key in providing daily support and ensuring the efficiency of the company's ERP system. You'll be supporting various business units, troubleshooting issues related to orders, purchasing, and accounting. Collaboration with departments will drive enhancement of system functionality while maintaining user access and roles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for the Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system
• Troubleshoot user issues across all ERP modules
• Configure user roles and security permissions




• Develop business rules and reports using C#, SQL, Crystal Reports
• Coordinate with internal IT and Epicor support for problem resolution

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• 2-3 years' experience with Epicor Prophet 21
• Proficiency in SQL, C#, and Crystal Reports
• Basic IT systems knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills
