Hello, Holiday Hero

Miracle is Toronto's original and busiest Christmas cocktail bar, and this is our tenth year of covering every possible surface in tinsel, twinkle lights and questionable vintage ornaments. Last season more than 40,000 merry guests squeezed into our Bloor and Harbourfront bars, and this year we are going even bigger. We are not a classy, curated, minimalist holiday bar. We are the bar your aunt would build if she had unlimited garland and zero restraint, and we love it that way.

About the Role

Santa has his sleigh, and we have you. You will deliver food and drinks to the right guests quickly and accurately, keep the lines of communication open between the kitchen, bar and servers, clear and reset tables in a flash and help keep the room looking merry and bright all night long. At Harbourfront, you will also help power our weekend Santa Pancake Brunch, which means serving more pancakes than the North Pole cafeteria.

You Will Fit Right In If

- You have at least 4 years of front of house experience in a high-volume bar and you can glide through a crowded room like you have reindeer in your family tree
- You have SevenRooms experience
- You hold a valid Smart Serve certification




- You can move quickly and safely through a packed space for long shifts
- You are available a minimum of 3 days per week, including evenings, weekends and the December holiday rush
- You are legally eligible to work in Canada
- You are 19 or older for our Bloor location
- You love Christmas wholeheartedly, unironically and without a single doubt (Grinches need not apply)

The Goods

- $19.00 per hour plus pooled tips, distributed through Atlas
- Bi-weekly pay
- Part-time to full-time hours
- Team start date of November 9, with orientation and paperwork beforehand, and our doors swing open to the public on November 20
- Late nights until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays, plus weekend morning brunch shifts with the big man himself at Harbourfront
