About the Role:

We are looking for hardworking and reliable staff to join our team for the upcoming fall clean-up season. The role involves assisting with residential and commercial property clean-ups, ensuring leaves, debris, and lawns are properly maintained.

Responsibilities:

- Operate backpack blowers, leaf vacuums, and lawn mowers
- Assist with seasonal yard clean-up tasks (leaves, branches, debris)
- Safely use hand tools and power equipment
- Work efficiently as part of a crew
- Drive or assist with site-to-site transportation (if qualified)

Requirements:

- Previous experience with landscape equipment (backpack blowers, vacuums, mowers)
- Own reliable transportation to and from work (transportation between job sites provided)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour




- Must provide 2 references
- Must live in the Burlington / Oakville area
- Bonus: Experience driving a truck and trailer – this will increase your hourly pay

* If you have experience using LMN software this is a HUGE bonus Compensation & Perks:

- $21–$23 per hour
- Higher rate for truck/trailer driving experience
- Flexible schedule (20–40 per week, depending on workload)
- Opportunity for ongoing seasonal work during winter months
