Northland Power Inc. seeks a Sr Manager, HR Services to lead global HR services and payroll, ensuring scalable, compliant, employee-centric support across the lifecycle. You will drive process standardization, automation, and data governance in partnership with HR, Finance, IT and Legal. You’ll manage a team of 4+ direct reports, oversee Workday data, KPIs and SLAs, and champion continuous improvement, governance, and risk mitigation to enable strategic people operations across regions.
