The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a agile Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. You will exemplify coaching and mentoring to empower the sales team to deliver personalised customer service and meet sales targets.

You will handle cash reconciliation, opening and closing the store on a rota basis, and contribute to a rewarding career path with a leader in prestige beauty. Previous retail experience is essential.
