We're seeking an exceptional Lead F ullstack TS Developer to join our engineering team in shipping products, not websites or artifact s . Thi s is a hands‑on leadership position wher e y ou' ll drive product development across a sophisticated backend-frontend architecture (60% backend, 40% frontend). Y ou'll own technical strategy, lead high-performing teams, and deliver complex features end-to-end , all while m aintaining the architectural excellence and security practices that define our platform . I f you thrive in environments where technical excellence and shipping velocity go h and-in-hand , and can architect at scale, mentor effectively, while maintaining perspective on what matters most.

What You'll Do

- Own the delivery of complex products across a modern backend/frontend platform while providing hands‑on technical leadership.
- Build & Deliver – Complete end to end F ull stack TS development , from APIs and real-time services to frontend experiences, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines.
- Lead Architecture - Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions, define architecture, and balance long-term maintainability with delivery speed.
- Drive Product Outcomes - Partner closely with product and engineering teams to refine requirements, manage dependencies, and deliver incremental value to customers.
- Champion Engineering Excellence - Set standards for code quality, testing, observability, performance, and security. Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers to elevate team capability.
- Own Releases - Manage the full lifecycle of feature delivery, including CI/CD,



security remediation, dependency management, documentation, compliance, and production releases.
- Continuously Improve - Measure outcomes, optimize team practices, and leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity and quality.

Must-Have Skills

- Expert in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Experience delivering cloud-native applications with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, software architecture, testing, and security
- Proven technical leadership and mentorship experience
- Effective use of AI-assisted development tools

Nice To Have

- Experience with Redis, Electron, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
- Experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems
- Familiarity with observability, data platforms, and security best practices
- Experience with AI-assisted development and agent-based workflows
