W3Global is seeking a Litigation Lawyer for a full time role in Kelowna, with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in civil/commercial litigation, builders' liens, or construction law, strong communication, and a pragmatic approach. You will handle independent and co-counsel matters, draft pleadings, appear in court, and negotiate settlements within a supportive team.
