What You’ll Do:
Presentand sell protection plans and insurance products
Assistcustomers with credit applications and paperwork completion
Workwith lenders to secure approvals and competitive financing options
Ensureall deal files are completed and submitted for funding
Maintaina professional and organized work environment
Provideexceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
Collaboratewith the F&I; team to support each other during time off
Trainand support staff on finance and insurance processes
Workclosely with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities

What We’re Looking For:
Experienceas anF&I; Manager in the automotive industry
Strongknowledge of financing, insurance products, and sales processes
Provenability to meet sales targets and profitability goals
Excellentcommunication, negotiation,



and organizational skills
Abilityto work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
PBSand Symtech DAVE experience is a plus (not required)
