Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) is seeking a Systems Support Technologist - Help Desk to join our Information Technology team. This in office role provides computer support to students and employees, handling complex issues by phone and in person to keep campus systems running smoothly.

We value solid customer service, ITIL knowledge, and experience with AD/Exchange/SharePoint. The position offers a 9:00am–5:00pm schedule, 35 hours per week, and occasional travel between campuses under
