VEG is seeking a Lead Emergency Veterinarian to take ownership of clinical excellence and team mentorship. You will work with the Medical Director to develop doctors and champion VEG’s patient-centered processes, including the VEG Spikes that ensure rapid access to care for pets and families.
You will lead by example, foster mentorship, and help grow careers while maintaining high standards of care and patient satisfaction in a rapid-paced emergency environment.
