Located within the Biigtigong Nishnaabeg, Biidaaban Healing Lodge offers a 12-unit residential treatment program. As a Senior Counsellor, you will supervise Residential Counsellors and ensure program delivery aligns with our vision. Your role will involve designing impactful programs tailored to the needs of individuals, families, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure counselling goals align with the Board’s vision
• Supervise and mentor Residential Counsellors
• Develop and implement quality treatment programs




• Facilitate therapeutic and educational group sessions
• Complete all required documentation accurately

Requirements:
• Experience with First Nations individuals and communities
• Knowledge of Native healing and recovery
• Background in program development and residential treatment
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
• 3-5 years in program management and supervision
