Blue Box Storage & Mitchell Metal Recycling

Location - Prince George, BC (on-site)

Base salary

$50,000 annually

Rental commission

10% on all recent self-storage rental revenue generated

Container sales commission

$100 flat commission per container sold

Position Overview The primary focus of this position is Blue Box Storage (BBS). We are looking for a sales-oriented person who can generate new self-storage rentals and container sales, attract customers, and help grow revenue while managing existing tenants and their day-to-day needs.

Primary Responsibilities – Blue Box Storage

· Promote self-storage rentals and container sales.

· Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.

· Manage existing tenants, rental agreements, and rent payments.

· Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and container deliveries.

· Maintain accurate tenant records and follow up on outstanding payments.

· Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service issues.

Additional Responsibilities – Mitchell Metal Recycling

· Support scale house operations and customer reception.





· Create and process scale tickets for purchases and sales of scrap material.

· Assist with yard traffic control and customer coordination.

· Make calls, schedule services, and handle general administrative tasks.

· Support daily operational needs and proactively identify where help is needed.

· Visit other company locations as needed for storage check-ins/check-outs or operational support.

· Comfortable working in both office and industrial yard environments.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
