Sunny Field Residential Homes LLC in Arizona is hiring a Direct Care Worker (DCW) / Direct Support Skilled (DSP) for full time overnight shifts 10pm–8am. You will monitor health and safety, administer medications, prepare meals, transport residents, and maintain documentation.

Requirements include 18+ years old, a clean background, valid driver's license if applicable, and English proficiency. Certifications (Article 9, Prevention & Support, CPR/First Aid) within 90 days and fingerprint
