Direct experience in change facilitation
Experience developing change management deliverables, including Change Strategy and Plans, Training Strategy and Plans, Stakeholder Impact Assessments, and Communication Strategy and Plans
Experience developing effective communication materials for stakeholders
Experience developing and delivering training materials including documentation, computer-based training modules and training videos.
Experience developing readiness programs, training or stakeholder engagement.
Experience gathering requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases or scenarios, business analysis, and business process modeling.
Experience working within digital transformation initiatives at the Government.
