Located in a vibrant small-office setting near the Beltline of Calgary, you will work closely with the CFO and support an Accounting Assistant, playing a vital role in keeping pace with a high-volume, large-scale operational workload.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the CFO directly on day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and special projects.
- Collaborate closely with the Accounting Assistant to ensure accuracy and timeliness across financial workflows.
- Manage key accounting functions, including month-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis.
- Handle a heavy and diverse workload efficiently,



while balancing routine accounting tasks with ad-hoc requests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Relevant professional accounting experience (designation is not required).
- Proven ability to handle a large, high-volume workload and thrive in a rapid-paced setting.
- Strong foundation in core accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Exceptional adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative "all hands on deck" attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a close-knit corporate team.
