Powerex Corp. is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity GRC Analyst to spearhead its Governance, Risk & Compliance function. This full time role offers the chance to work directly with the Director of Cybersecurity, shaping GRC practices and assessing third-party risks. You will impact how cybersecurity risk is managed and communicated throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the cybersecurity risk register and facilitate monthly reviews
• Develop and deliver quarterly cybersecurity reports to IT governance
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of compliance and policy standards




• Coordinate vendor assessments and manage TPRM activities
• Design annual cybersecurity awareness programs for staff engagement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in cybersecurity GRC, risk, and compliance roles
• Proficient in NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks
• Strong skills in Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint tools
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
