Join a leading interior design firm as a QuickBooks Financial Controller, working fully remote. Bring your exceptional QuickBooks expertise to manage all accounting operations and reporting requirements.

As a Financial Controller, you will report directly to the CFO and take full ownership of the company's accounting operations. Your role includes transitioning from an external accounting firm to an in-house function while managing the General Ledger, month-end closes, and overseeing Accounts Payable and Receivable. Your deep knowledge of QuickBooks is vital as you will configure and optimize the system to fit the business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and optimize QuickBooks for the company
• Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger monthly




• Prepare detailed financial statements and P&L; reports
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams
• Interface with clients on accounting requests

Requirements:
• Expertise in QuickBooks and prior financial controller experience
• C1/C2 English proficiency is mandatory
• Robust management of month-end close and reconciliations
• Detail-oriented with strong error reduction skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
