CarePartners seeks a Nurse Manager to join its leadership team. In this full-time role, you'll supervise nursing staff and develop effective care plans alongside Ontario Health at Home. You'll stay updated on healthcare policies and enhance community health services through positive public relations and safety guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and supervise nursing teams in the field
• Develop and maintain community health care plans
• Monitor compliance with health profession regulations
• Promote positive public relations for health services
• Provide workplace health and safety guidance

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (RN) with 3-5 years of experience
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Proven computer skills, including scheduling systems
• Solid nursing processes knowledge and case management
• Vehicle and travel for visits to clients
