As a full-time instructor, you'll identify training needs and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Cat's machinery. Your tasks will include collaborating with Service Training Instructors and maintaining resources to ensure high-quality training delivery. Your expertise will ensure both Toromont and customer staff are equipped for effective, safe repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with colleagues to identify training needs




• Manage training facilities and resources efficiently
• Prepare evaluations and provide feedback on technician development

Requirements:
• College diploma in Heavy Equipment or equivalent
• Provincial Heavy Equipment Certification or Mechanics license
• Minimum 5 years experience with Caterpillar equipment
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Caterpillar Software
