The Gold Room/ILR Operator reports to the Process Plant Operations Supervisor and will manage daily operations of gold room equipment. Key responsibilities include monitoring Knelson and ILR processes, performing quality checks, and troubleshooting issues promptly. You must demonstrate a commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency throughout your tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor Knelson, Acacia ILR, and Electrowinning Cells
• Conduct pre-operational checks and adhere to safety protocols




• Troubleshoot equipment and document operational issues
• Ensure quality materials are produced to specifications
• Collaborate with team members for process optimization

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years operating experience in processing plants
• 2 years in the mining industry
• Familiarity with remote industrial environments
• Strong understanding of mineral processing practices
