As a Senior Analyst, you will mentor team members, manage IAM workstreams, and contribute to the development of policies and controls. Your efforts will strengthen Organizational IAM frameworks and optimize PAM solutions across diverse environments. Key Responsibilities:

- Advise on IAM Governance Team strategies and mentor juniors
- Manage and coordinate IAM workstreams from conception to execution




- Design and refine privileged access policies and standards
- Maintain PAM documentation and process repositories
- Enforce compliance monitoring of IAM and PAM protocols Requirements:
- 5+ years IT or Information Security experience
- In-depth knowledge of IAM and PAM security concepts
- Experience with IAM and PAM solutions, including CyberArk
- Familiarity with regulatory standards like GDPR and SOX
