The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Business Analyst - Level 3 for upcoming project opportunity: IT Specialized Services (TBIPS).

Core Responsibilities

- Interview users about the current Canadian Heritage IT assignments workflow.
- Map the steps, handoffs and exceptions in Canadian Heritage IT assignments.
- Identify the records and information exchanged by Canadian Heritage IT assignments.
- Document the changes users need in Canadian Heritage IT assignments.




- Separate essential requirements from optional improvements to Canadian Heritage IT assignments.
- Write user scenarios for the proposed Canadian Heritage IT assignments changes.
- Define acceptance criteria for each Canadian Heritage IT assignments scenario.
- Review proposed Canadian Heritage IT assignments workflows with the affected users.
- Resolve conflicting or incomplete Canadian Heritage IT assignments requirements.
- Update the requirements record when an approved Canadian Heritage IT assignments decision changes the workflow.

What You Bring

- Demonstrated experience performing Business Analyst - Level 3 responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
- Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Robust documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
- Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
