What can you expect from a day in this role?

As our Senior Brand & Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies across our tourism portfolio, including Saffire Freycinet, MACq 01 Hotel and The Henry Jones Art Hotel. You'll work closely with General Managers, Revenue, Sales and Operations teams to bring brands to life, strengthen market positioning, and drive sustainable growth.

From driving portfolio strategy and optimising campaign performance to partnering with property leaders, agencies and industry stakeholders, you'll play a key role in delivering experiences and initiatives that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

You'll lead the development and delivery of brand and marketing strategies that support commercial growth across our tourism portfolio. Working closely with General Managers and operational leaders, you'll ensure marketing activity aligns with business priorities while strengthening brand presence and customer engagement.

With a focus on both strategy and execution, you'll develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, media, PR, partnerships and advertising channels. You'll use market insights, customer trends and campaign performance data to identify opportunities,



optimise activity and maximise return on investment.

You'll also play a key role in building strong relationships across the business and industry, supporting travel trade and tourism partnerships through compelling brand storytelling and marketing resources. Alongside managing agency and supplier relationships, you'll provide leadership and coaching to your team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture that delivers exceptional results.

What will you bring to the role?

You are a commercially minded marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You enjoy building strong stakeholder relationships, influencing outcomes and bringing brands to life through innovative marketing initiatives.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Proven experience in a senior brand, marketing or commercial marketing position
- Experience developing and delivering marketing strategies that drive brand growth and commercial performance
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business functions
- Experience leading integrated campaigns across a variety of marketing channels
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Leadership experience with a passion for coaching and developing others
- A strong understanding of customer experience, brand strategy and performance-driven marketing
- Experience within hospitality, tourism, leisure or premium consumer brands will be highly regarded
