Responsibilities

- Deliver enhancements across front office and back office trading platforms supporting Repo and Securities Lending operations within the Funding, Treasury, and Liquidity program
- Participate in the full SDLC from requirements gathering workshops and ad-hoc sessions through to test sign-off and production deployment
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with traders, back office users, and senior stakeholders, translating business needs into clear and actionable technical specifications
- Provide day-to-day application support to front and back office users, troubleshooting issues and communicating technical constraints in accessible, non-technical terms




- Collaborate with global technology teams across multiple locations and time zones to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of platform enhancements
- Act as the bridge between business and technology across Pre-Trade and Post-Trade functions, ensuring solutions align with operational workflows and business objectives

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working across Front Office and Back Office teams within capital markets or financial services environments
- Detailed understanding of Repo and Securities Lending markets, including Front Office operations, Settlements, and Collateral Management workflows
- In-depth knowledge of a Repo trading platform, with demonstrated ability to gather and translate requirements from non-technical users into developer-ready specifications
- Robust ability to explain technical issues and system constraints to non-technical stakeholders, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively within global teams across multiple time zones, with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Familiarity with P&L; valuations, risk calculation methods, or Repo trading infrastructure is considered a strong advantage
