Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Treasury Technology with 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis within the Banking or Financial Services industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Treasury, Market Risk, Funds Transfer Pricing, Capital Markets, Liquidity Risk, or Finance , along with advanced SQL, data analysis, Agile delivery, and SDLC/STLC experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, User Stories, Process Flows, and Data Mapping documents .
- Analyze complex and large datasets using advanced SQL .
- Perform data analysis, attribution, reconciliation, and source-to-target mapping .
- Conduct data lineage analysis, impact assessments, and root cause investigations .
- Analyze upstream and downstream data flows and document end-to-end data lineage.
- Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, UAT, regression testing, and defect management .




- Work closely with Development and QA teams throughout the SDLC and STLC .
- Participate in Agile ceremonies , including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and requirements management.
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, and AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, testing, documentation, and delivery efficiency.

Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Banking / Financial Services .
- Solid experience in Treasury, Market Risk, or Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) .
- Advanced SQL and Data Analysis skills.
- Strong experience with Data Mapping, Source-to-Target Mapping, Data Reconciliation, and Data Lineage .
- Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Hands-on experience with SDLC and STLC .
- Experience creating Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases, UAT, Regression Testing, and Defect Management .
- Experience with Jira and Confluence .
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, or AI-assisted delivery tools .
- Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills.
